Returns

Unworn items, in their original condition and with tags on, can be returned within 14 days of delivery. That's on top of your usual UK consumer rights if something arrives faulty or not as described.

Email hello@blackthreadsocietycouk.co.uk with your order number and we'll send the return address. Please don't send a parcel back before we've replied — we need the order number on the outside.

Faulty or wrong

Photograph the issue and tell us. We'll replace the piece or refund you, including the original delivery charge. You won't pay to return a fault that was ours.

Change of mind

You're responsible for the return postage. Once we have the piece and it's resaleable, we refund the item price to the original payment method. Outbound shipping is only refunded when the whole order comes back.

Worn, washed, or altered pieces can't be refunded unless they're faulty.
